Project Update: Clarification on Shipping Estimated Times
Hi! I wanted to address this real quick so we're all on the same page.
I know Swirly has been a bit delayed getting her finished sample/prototype done. I am sorry for the delay regarding her!
HOWEVER!: Yue, Skye, Hydrangea, and Hyacinth have already started production! The only one that would be delayed by about 2-3 weeks would be Swirly, if that. Swirly is practically done thankfully, and needed very minimal and easy edits unlike the others. So I estimate she'll be done by this coming week.
I got the impression many people assumed the other 4 were not secured as far as the bulk making up of them! But please rest assured that everyone except Swirly has been paid for at this point (since their samples have been done and finalized already) and that production is underway for them already.
As far as the smaller ticket items, those will be secured soon, and they don't take nearly as long to have them done as the plushies obviously. So I will be making it so the majority of the plushies and smaller items arrive around the same time. Swirly should only be delayed shipping out to those who get her by 3 weeks MAXIMUM, since she's nearly done and as soon as she's done I'm ordering the bulk asap.
I will be locking orders 1 week after I reveal her finished sample so I can get the ball rolling asap but give people some time to add her if they want.
However, if before your order is shipped out (estimated January 2025), you decide you'd like to buy her as an add-on and haven't already, OR if you find you don't want her after she's done and you have her in your order, I can very easily unlock individual orders as need-be and allow changes to them or I can initiate refunds on an individual basis. So locking orders is very reversible if you reach out for that after they're locked.
Also a small heads up that cards for add-ons and shipping will be charged very shortly after orders are locked, which I estimate will be in around 2 weeks.
