Good question. The dice bag was a pledge manager only item, made available after the campaign ended. Similar to the Playmat sets, and Jumbo d6 dice set. Thanks Chris!

Luckily, it appears that you mentioned in another answer that the dice tray is not in the photo... Which means that it is most likely the dice bag we're seeing.
