I would like to restate someone else's idea that the playmats could be CLOTH instead of neoprene or cardboard. Cloth folds up much more compactly with no damage. Neoprene is hard to store and is not compact. Cardboard is thick, and you just don't want to think about humidity or dampness (or a drink spill!) getting to it.
A dice bag for all the dice or other small pieces might be a good thing. Reprints of cards not already included might be the best idea.
