Hello! We're Ash and Aspen of Scragster and we're here to bring you into the wonderful world of Doodle Pals!
Doodle Pals are adorable plush bags that are inspired by everyday art supplies, like pencils and crayons! ✏️ These bright and colorful cuties would love to go on adventures with you or help carry all the tools and trinkets you need to create some art!
Pencil Puppy is the perfect size to hold all your goodies! They sit at about 18 inches long and 6.5 inches tall/wide. The main pocket is large enough to hold a small sketchbook/journal, snacks and even a Nintendo Switch! The smaller inner pocket can hold things like credit cards, your phone, etc!
Each bag is lined with an adorably themed notebook paper fabric and features an inner smaller pocket as well!
Each bag will feature an adjustable strap that can extend from 27 inches to 52 inches. The straps have lobster clasp attachments, in case you would like to swap it for something different or remove the strap altogether!
Each bag will feature machine embroidered details on the face, body and paws as shown above! Pencil Puppy features an adorable little 3D tongue as well!
We've got some exciting stretch goals planned for this project, including Crayon Kitty bags and additional colorways! We've also got a super ambitious goal for a Palette Opossum zipper pouch! Let's keep things moving and get all these goals unlocked! 🙌
Crayon Kitty bags will be the roughly the same dimensions as Pencil Puppy and once unlocked, you can choose between Pencil Puppy or Crayon Kitty for your Doodle Pals plush bag rewards! Palette Opossum will be a smaller plush zipper pouch to fit things like change, lip balm or other small items. They will be available via Add ons once unlocked!
Here is a look at the progress being made on the Crayon Kitty sample! This sample isn't quite finished yet, but we wanted to share them with you all to get a better idea of what Crayon Kitty bags will look like! Please keep in mind that these photos are directly from our manufacturer and may not feature the best lighting. Once we receive nicer photos of the finished sample, we will share them with you!

To keep things simpler this campaign, we are limiting pledges to United States, Canada and Australia.
However, if you're outside of these countries and still want the items from this campaign, all of the extras will be available on our Etsy shop once everything arrives and rewards are sent out! (ETA early 2025).
Backerkit Surveys!
We will be using Backerkit for post-campaign management and sending out surveys. This will also allow you to add on any additional items after the campaign is over!
**AFTERTHE CAMPAIGN: YOU MUST KEEP AN EYE OUT ON YOUR EMAIL. PLEASE REGULARLY CHECK YOUR INBOX TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT MISS ANY IMPORTANT BACKERKIT UPDATES**
You will receive a survey email from BackerKit once the campaign is over. It is crucial that once you receive the survey, you fill it out ASAP so that we know how many of each design to order. This is also how your shipping charges will be calculated + processed.
To ensure this campaign runs smoothly, We will be collecting shipping via the surveys at the end of the campaign. This means that shipping will be calculated and paid AFTERTHE CAMPAIGN IS OVER.
We anticipate the plush bags to be completed by December of this year, but we are slating the fulfillment time for January of 2025! This will allow some extra room for possible shipping and manufacturing delays. Depending on the size of the campaign, the amount of stretch goals reached, etc. this date might get pushed into February or later. We will keep you updated of any and all delays that might affect this project!
