These are still works in progress (WIP), so enjoy this early look with the understanding that some tweaks may happen before they’re finalized.

Bird Series Rulebooks Are Ready to Explore!
The rulebooks for all four games are now available for download! Each one features its own unique style and layout, giving you a taste of what’s to come. Please keep in mind that these are still in development, and changes may be made before they go to print.

We've made it to the end of the year! As December wraps up, we've been busy finalizing all the game files and rulebooks. We're thrilled to share the official rulebooks with you next month. Our next step is to apply the same level of detail and care to all the expansions and accessories. On another exciting note, the Pledge Manager will be opening in early January! When it opens, we'll provide a special update with instructions on how to complete your order (don't worry it's super easy).
As the year draws to a close, we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support throughout 2024. Our company has grown significantly this year, but we're still 100% remote. Often, it's just us in our home offices, hoping our latest idea will resonate with someone out there. Your support through crowdfunding projects helps us feel connected to the gaming community and motivates us to overcome the challenges of the creative process. In other words, it makes us feel like we're all in this together! Thank you—without this community, our company and games wouldn't be the same.

Progress on All Four Birds Games
This month we focused on completing all remaining graphic design for the Bird Series. This includes fine tuning the box covers, creating cute stuffie tags, and finishing things like player boards for Pebbles. We're about 80% finished with the graphic design of all products and have submitted all rulebooks to our amazing editor for a final wave of edits. Our goal is to have files for all products complete and ready to start being reviewed by the manufacturer by the end of next month.
Pledge Manager Update
The Pledge Manager is currently under construction and should be ready by December. Once it's available, we'll send out an update with detailed instructions on how to confirm your address and pay for shipping. You will also receive an email inviting you to complete your pledge. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade your pledge and add new items to your order.

Rose Gauntlet at PAX Unplugged
PAX Unplugged is almost here! Our team is happy to announce our return to this year's show, with a booth full of goodies (#2604) and a demo table to showcase Gone to Gaia.
At the booth, we'll have copies of Turnip and some of the last copies of Wild Gardens we have, along with the expansions, lore book, and Little Ones plushies! If you've been holding out on snagging your box of foraging fun, now is the time!
Come Demo our first Big Box Campaign game!
We're also thrilled to show off the progress we've made on Gone to Gaia (our first big box game!). Demos will be available during expo hall hours (10am-6pm) and after hours upon request.
Keystone 2nd Edition and Coastal Expansion
We're excited to announce that Keystone North America 2nd Edition and the Coastal Expansion have been chosen for the First Look Hall! This means PAX attendees will be among the first to play the new edition and check out the new expansion. Being chosen for this is a testament to the excitement surrounding the game. PAX Teachers will be available to teach the game to anyone interested in learning it.
I saw you would unfortunately not be able to show us the premium components before the end of the project, but can you at least tell what they will be made of for Flock, Pebbles, and Rook, and what the ones in the base games are made of? For example, if the base games have chipboard punch outs, and the premium components are acrylic?
