Project Update: We See You, We Hear You, And We Are Here
Waiting is painful, not as painful as stubbing your toe, but it’s up there.
Welcome, to Night Vale.
Hello citizens! We come today bearing updates aplenty-
First, we’re bringing you news of the pledge manager. Our smoke screen was a success and the fire we used only burned down a few rows of invisible corn. That means that you’ll get an email with a survey asking for you to confirm very personal information, such as whether you want the game or not.
These surveys will be open from today until December 5th but we recommend filling it out as soon as possible before its existence is wiped from your mind.
We also wanted to answer a few questions that we’ve seen floating around and tossed through our windows on rocks.
What if I Can't Locate my Pledge Manager Survey?- Not to worry! If you aren't seeing your survey in your email inbox, use this recovery link to request a new one.https://welcome-to-night-vale.backerkit.com/
Digital Fulfillment- We finally have confirmation that the temporal displacement of releasing the digital products early will not affect the existing timeline. That means that digital rewards will be fulfilled in April, approximately one month before the physical game will be delivered. You will receive a webstore code to redeem your digital items at www.renegadegamestudios.com via the email address you used to pledge. We’ll issue a reminder update in April and will be happy to answer any questions about that when the time comes!
Teacup StrexPets- Adoption Alert! Now that the campaign has finished we can randomly choose 5 of our backers to adopt these little orbs. Keep an eye on your inboxes as we’ll be emailing the winners in the next week or so.
Final Poll Numbers- If you recall (or if you don’t) three of the stretch goals involved your audience input. Those polls have closed and we’re excited to announce the winning options here!

First of all, A L L H A I L. Second,anyone have any idea of the PDF-versions of the books and pregens etc are available to the backers before the physical books are? I backed the Deluxe so just want to know if I have the chance to run this before April or whenever the shipping happens ^_^

Project Update: The End.
Seeing a community come together is the most heartwarming thing outside of warming a heart over a fire or perhaps in a microwave.
Welcome, to Night Vale.
What an exhilarating adventure, citizens. Over the course of this campaign, you brought 6,654 citizens into Night Vale. But more importantly we’ve come together as a community, and really isn’t that the most important thing of all? Well, that and the rewards you get for backing the campaign.
As a show of our gratitude to you for being such an amazing community, we’ve decided to unlock ALL remaining locked stretch goals! That means you can look forward to the in-studio actual play with Becca Scott coming next year! You guys were awesome, and we want you to get all the goodies!
Today’s update is to celebrate your successes and give you an inkling of the future (though we’d like to remind you that we’re not fortune tellers in the slightest).
Still, we decided to attempt to divine what questions you might have and answer them here.
Pledge Manager FAQs
What is a pledge manager? How does it work?
In the coming weeks you’ll receive an invitation to manage your pledge. This is not to someone who has pledged their fealty to you, rather this is to confirm all of your very personal details and what will be shipped to you if you’re expecting a physical package.
I haven't gotten my pledge manager email yet, when will I get it?
Pledge manager emails, like many things, can be unpredictable. We will first send a smoke screen test to a few random citizens to see if the stars are aligned and barring any complications the rest of the community will get their emails soon after.
How long do I have to fill out my pledge manager?
Currently the survey is set to be open until December 5th of this year, but like all well laid plans this date is flexible and may change. Your best bet is to keep an eye on your emails and make sure they’re coming to your inbox and not someone else’s.

Project Update: The Final Hours.
In 12 hours, many things can happen, for example, if you start in the morning, usually 12 hours later it’s night.
Welcome, to Night Vale.
Our campaign is drawing to a close and you’ve given us so much, dear citizens. We thought this might be a good time to update you all on our little competition. Our beloved Hosts are winning, but there is still time for any other team to pull ahead. We’ll only be sure after the campaign ends.
Though of course, there are only winners in a campaign like ours.
With so little time remaining, I'd like to remind everyone of our final stretch goals! At $515,000 we'll be making our digital pre-gen characters into printed pre-gens. At $550,000 we'll be making the threats printed as well! Finally, at $600,000, we have the best one: an in-studio Actual Play featuring our friend Becca Scott over at Good Time Society (plus some other fabulous folks)! We don't have much time left, so be sure to tell your friends that this is their last chance to back! We also want to shoutout the O.I.A.R. and The Magnus Protocol Campaign. Those free wallpapers and stickers are sweet!
Dear citizens, I fear that time is running out. It all comes down to this.
