Here is just a quick update on the status of the surveys -as some of you have been asking about them. Is usually suggested to wait at least 14 business days after the end of the campaign, before sending surveys our to backers. And, as much as we wish they could magically appear ૮꒰˶> ヮ <˶꒱ა the reality is that surveys are not automatically made based on the campaign, but they take time and effort to be manually created by us. In addition, the Holiday season furtherly slowed down the process adding extra waiting days, of course... ૮꒰ ◕´ ꒳ `◕˵ ꒱ა"
Furthermore, we've encountered some challenges during the building phase for the campaign add-ons in the surveys. The structure on BK's end for them is not yet 100% convenient/intuitive to use, due to the newness of the platform Crowdfunding by BK. We are hopeful that these issues will be resolved soon in the future tho!
Having said that, please know that the surveys are currently still under review by BK staff and will start sending them out to you (with the usual smoke test first) as soon as they are approved!
