❗In fact, the charge will happen only when we get closer to the actual dispatchment of the goodies, and not right after your purchase. This applies to either any eventual extra add-ons, pledge upgrades, all shipping costs and pre-orders!  When your reward selections will be locked and your cards charged, you will still be able to update your shipping address (in case of moving or other similar necessities), up until we lock addresses right before we start shipping.

Please note: naturally, if the charge of your card in Backerkit will result in errored/failed payment, you'll not receive the added items (but only your eventual original pledge item).


If you're having trouble finding your survey, make sure to check your spam folder. And if you've used your apple id as your backer e-mail, no worries - just shoot us a message so we can update your e-mail address and get your survey to you pronto! 🍎 

Once you've filled out your survey, you can always go back and make changes before we close them up for good with final counts. So don't stress if you're not sure about something at first - you can always come back to it later. 👌
