Project Update: Snurtles and Cacthogs are almost here! 🎊 🎊 🎊 (🚨IMPORTANT INFO🚨)
Hello sweet friends!
The plushies are on a boat somewhere in the ocean on their way to the LA port, which means they're almost to us! WHICH MEANS THEY'RE ALMOST TO YOU!
So what's next?! We need to know where we're shipping them. That's where the Backerkit survey comes in. Shortly after this update, you will receive an email from us with your survey. The survey is where you tell us your shipping address, options to add on any extra goodies in the add-on shop (like if you wanted to add another plushie 👀 ), and then payment information for your shipping, taxes and any add ons you grabbed.
Once that happens, we will have a window of time where you can edit your survey (changed address, credit card info, more extra plushies 👀 👀 👀 ). But once we lock the surveys, you won't be able to edit this info. We will give you a heads up when the surveys will be locked. Once they are locked, if you still need to change anything, contact us through backerkit or through our website and we'll get you taken care of!
For those who missed the campaign or know someone who did, we will be opening a pre-order store here on Backerkit in the next few days for people to be able to retroactively back the project. But we want to make sure our original backers are taken care of first and we have their shipping and add on info before we open it back up to the public since they've been patiently waiting for 4 months. <3
Thank you all for being a part of another successful plushie campaign. We're only successful because of this amazing community and we will forever and always be grateful.
