Project Update: Shipping Update!
Hi all!
I am very excited to let you all know that after 234 packages, almost 900 pins, 35 tiny dragon prints, and a couple hundred stickers, the final wave of packages is on its way!
I am very excited to let you all know that after 234 packages, almost 900 pins, 35 tiny dragon prints, and a couple hundred stickers, the final wave of packages is on its way!
That means that fulfillment is complete!
Everyone who hasn't received a tracking number via email yet should be getting one within the next 24 hours, though you may need to wait another 24 for the tracking to update.
This also means that I'll be addressing any missing or damaged items in the next two weeks. Since I do pack all my orders by hand, and this has been quite the volume of orders and items, some mistakes may have happened along the way. If you find that you're missing anything, or you received the wrong pin, or if anything got damaged on the way to you, please let me know as soon as you can at [email protected], and I'll make sure to get the right pins your way. If you've already emailed me but haven't received a response yet, feel free to send another email in case your previous one was buried somewhere along the way. I do check my spam folder regularly just in case, but sometimes things do slip through.
Other than that any tiny dragon mishaps, the project is now effectively completed! Once again, I want to say how incredibly grateful I am for all the support this project received from all of you wonderful people. I've never had a campaign be this successful before, and while there were some hiccups in the fulfillment taking wayyyy longer than I thought it would, I feel incredibly lucky that so many of you liked my tiny dragons and their silly little hoards so much. I am so happy that I got to make all these pins real with your help. None of this would have been possible without you. Genuinely, thank you all so much!
Since this is likely the final update going out to everyone, I want to wish you all well. I hope you all enjoy the pins, stickers, prints, and charms you receive (or have received), and all the other wonderful Pintopia goodies you got!
Thank you!
- Anni

Project Update: (Quick) Shipping Update 3
Hi all!
This is just to let you know that shipping is progressing, if slowly. We're about halfway through, so many of you should either see a tracking number on your account, or you may already have received your pins! I've gotten some really kind messages about pins that have found their way to their new homes already.

Project Update: Shipping Update 2
Hi all!
It's been a while since the last update, so here's the freshest news for where things are at!
This campaign has been an unprecendented success for me, and I'm beyond thrilled and grateful that everyone has loved these pins so much. However, as I am a single-person operation, that has also proven to be a bit of a challenge. As it turns out, quality controlling over a thousand pins and packing almost 300 orders is a lot slower than I had anticipated, especially since this volume of pins doesn't really fit in my usual staging area. To make things even more... interesting, shall we say? is that my air conditioning broke down during the worst of the Southern California heat wave. Needless to say, 90+ degree indoor temperatures have not made the process any faster.
But this isn't just an oops update! I'm happy to say that all pins have now been quality checked and set up for shipping, and the first wave of packages has gone out. The second, and hopefully last, wave will go out by the end of the first week of September, so a little behind schedule. I'll send another update then in case there's going to be a third wave of shipping.
Since I am a single-artist operation, each and every pin you receive is graded and hand-packed by me. It means that you're getting a package full of care and pride, but also that there may be some errors along the way. If you have an issue with your shipment, such as wrong or missing items, damage during shipping, and so on, please let me know via email at [email protected]. If you can contact me as soon as you notice the issue, that would be ideal. That said, I will be sending out all corrections at the same time a few weeks after the final shipments have gone out. This is just so I can manage the item flow and make sure everyone gets the things they ordered. I appreciate your patience on this!
If you ever have any questions or concerns, you can get in touch with me through comments on the campaign page, the email above, or via Twitter/X, which I check regularly.
As always, thank you all for your support! I hope to get everyone's pins in their new homes as soon as possible.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Shipping Update
Hi all!
I hope everyone is doing well and staying cool this summer. It's been a while since my last update. There hasn't been much to report, as everything has been progressing on schedule so far. Now, manufactured items are starting to arrive, and I'm moving into quality control and preparing for shipping. We're on track for shipping around early August, as per the original timeline!
This also means that shipping and add-on charges will be processed and your card on file will be charged this Friday, July 12th. The process of locking addresses will also begin then, but you'll receive a separate reminder for that via backerkit. If you can, please take a moment this week to double check your card and address info to make sure it's all good to go.
In the meanwhile, I'd like to share this sneak peak I received from my manufacturer:
Aren't they cute? They turned out better than I imagined, and they're so tiny!
I should have more photos to share with you all soon as I get through quality control.
As always, thank you for your support!
Best,
Anni

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Surveys Coming Up!
Hi all!
Hopefully your email inbox is calming down now that the initial rush of Pintopia emails is done. I wanted to wait a bit to send out this email so that surveys would be ready to go (so I don't have to send out a million emails). And here we finally are!
So, thanks to everyone's support, the project funded fully, including ALL stretch goals! This means that your surveys will have all 11 pins available to choose from, and stickers will have a total of 13 designs available. I honestly did not expect to see so much support for my tiny dragons, and I'm very grateful to everyone's support and extremely excited to get started on manufacturing the pins!

What happens next?
- In the next couple of days, you'll receive your survey link. Surveys will remain open until May 15th, so that I can have finalized item counts for manufacturing. Don't worry, there will be plenty of reminders, and I'll be happy to assist anyone with any issues you might encounter with your surveys. Shipping will also be charged through the survey.
- Your shipping charges and any additional purchases will be charged on May 15th when the surveys close.
- If you or someone you know missed the campaign, don't worry: the preorder shop will be open while the surveys are open, so you can still get in on the pins!
- Once I have the finalized counts, manufacturing will begin. This process can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Pins, backing cards, stickers, and any other items will be manufactured simultaneously.
- After manufacturing is done, all the products will ship to me for quality control and inventory. This is going to be a lot of pins, so it may take up to a few weeks to get everything ready for fulfillment.
- Fulfillment is expected to begin in early August. You'll be able to edit your address up until the fullfillment date -- I'll give you a notice once I know when that's going to be -- and then you'll receive a tracking code for your stuff.
- That's it! Your tiny dragons will arrive in their new homes!
Other Updates
As you may have seen, the winner of the second colorway poll for Tiny Hoard of Support was the purple heart version:
You'll be able to choose your freebie pin color through your survey. If you'd like both, you can also add any extras on through the add-ons!
I've also done a slight revision to the Hoard of Trading Cards design. I made this decision for two reasons: first, to have the design better match the amount of negative space on the other designs so the collection looks more harmonious, and secondly to work with manufacturing constraints and reduce the number of B- and C-grade pins in the final batch. This is the new design:
It is a very minor change (I added a third deck box behind the dragon), but I did want to point it out just so everyone is on the same page!
And, finally, here are all the finished sticker designs:
Keep an eye out for your surveys! I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone picks! I'll probably send out a couple of email blasts to remind you about the surveys and give updates on which dragons are the most popular (I'm curious, and I thought you might be too!)
As always, thank you for your support! None of this would be possible without your help, and I hope that makes you as excited as it makes me.
