Project Update: Charging Shipping Today
We will be charging for shipping today. If you pledged to the following tiers, your shipping will not increase from what was originally estimated:
Card Game + Dice
Card Game + Loot
Ultimate Bundle
If you pledged to any of the other tiers, shipping may have changed by a small amount, a large amount, or not at all, depending on your country. This happened less because of holiday rates and more because we are no longer shipping through DriveThruRPG and are now using Blackbox as our shipping partner for all tiers. This change was made because we decided to have the card game manufactured by ShuffledInk instead of DriveThruRPG, which means that shipping of the card game would have to be handled by our shipping partner (Blackbox). Blackbox has higher shipping rates than DriveThruRPG. Shipping estimates for all tiers aside from the ones listed above were originally estimated from an antiquated DriveThruRPG shipping chart.
Orders in the US and Australia are most affected by these price hikes, with US prices increasing by double from $4 to $8, and Australia prices increasing by $11.00. We realize this is a significant amount, so we will be processing refunds for anyone who requests one between now and December 9th. You can submit a refund request through Backerkit.
