Almost all the premium cut bags have entered prototyping! Making plush design sheets is a bit of a tedious task with lots of drawing/coloring the same thing from different angles, labeling everything, and breaking them in to more complex and specific sheets and files afterward. I thought y'all might appreciate a peek at the process!

This is one of the earliest steps, but there's already a lot of time spent. The more accurate and detailed your notes, the fewer iterations are needed to make the perfect prototype... within reason! Some designs are just going to take a lot of time no matter what! Especially designs where it's best to talk with more than one manufacturer to get the best results, like the Royal Chow. That adds to the time spent overall, and can double your prototyping costs. Often more, especially when you consider air shipping of one prototype alone is usually $50+!
