Project Update: ♥Payment issues and Paypal options! ♥
Hi Everyone!
I wanted to make a really quick update to reply to some payment questions and concerns that I've received this past week!
-Any payments that could not go through the first round, will be attampted again 14 days from the project conclusion date. (Around 20th May)
-Please double check with your bank if there is an issue with charges via BackerKit, as it is an automatic charging of funds.
-If any reattempts fail, you will be able to try again during surveys. At this point, you may also choose to pay via paypal.
- If all goes well, surveys will be sent out by the end of this week so that we may proceed into the production phase ASAP!
