ATTENTION ALL BIRD LOVERS, surveys are now live! Last week's smoke tests went smoothly with zero problems but when I officially released surveys on Monday, 6/10, we found major errors!! noooOOORR

But don't worry, we have already solved them. Special thanks to all of you who brought this to my attention + BackerKit's support team for being so fast! Here are the issues you might have noticed in your survey:

Overpriced shipping 〰 Fixed!
Each product was incorrectly weighed which resulted in super expensive shipping for both domestic and international packages. You should see a more accurate reflection of your package's shipping price now due to more accurate weight calculations.

Early Bird Add-on not priced correctly 〰 Fixed!
If you did not purchase this add-on while this campaign was live, please disregard! 27 of you have purchased the Early Bird Add-on and were being asked to pay $3 extra in this survey. Because surveys have already been published and there's no way to edit that add-on, I have sent out a complimentary $3 credit to correct those numbers + they should be visible in your survey.

Sticker Add-on not showing up 〰 Fixed!
Vinyl stickers temporarily disappeared as we were figuring out the best solution for the above issue, but this option should now be visible to you!

(At least until June 28, when surveys close lol)

Already filled out your survey? I recommend checking your survey's contents twice just to be safe. Otherwise, no other action is needed and now we wait!
