Hi friends, thank you so much for your patience so far! It has been a difficult process just communicating about our missing package, especially with Chinese New Year. My manu has been going the extra mile to redo our pins in a timely manner (they usually take 2 months, but they pulled it off in a month) and our remakes were completed and shipped out right before CNY! Unfortunately it's still past our original deadline (and that was my fault for overestimating the time it would take to remake pins) but my manu has assured me that I should receive my new pins by Feb. 14!

I am hiring a full team of workers and volunteers the week of Feb. 17 so we can ship out all remaining orders that same week. The rest of the items, like shipping materials, stickers, and non-glitter pins, are ready to go. Please expect a shipping email between Feb. 17 - 28! ✨

If you did not order the Legendary pins, you have not received your package yet, and you have not received a shipping email, you can safely assume that your order has not been fulfilled and, for efficiency, it will still be shipped out Feb. 17 - 28. We are using a third-party shipping system to batch orders with like items and we realized, due to some emails and messages, that the batches are not perfect and your package status does not automatically sync with BackerKit. I'm very sorry for the confusion we caused.

To make things easier and streamlined for everyone, if you have not received your package yet, we will automatically send you freebies (like sticker sheets, stickers, or pins) in your package depending on what you ordered! I will manually mark all packages on BackerKit as shipped at the end of this month. No further action is required from you.

If your shipping address has changed, please email us asap at [email protected] (not .com) and we will manually update your address by Feb. 17. Email is the best way to reach us! We don't have the capacity to check all social media DMs as we have a lot of high-traffic accounts. I'll personally be handling any BackerKit messages/comments that come our way but thank you in advance if I don't respond quickly enough.

I know there's a lot happening in politics right now that are directly affecting my small business and my manu but I was assured by my manu that we'll be okay! I’ve been working hard to get these beautiful packages shipped, but as a small team handling unique combinations of 34 different products—with colorful and recyclable care—it’s been tricky to streamline the process. To keep up, I’ve enlisted the help of some amazing friends this next week to ensure we complete all remaining orders.

Hello, friends! This is not the holiday update you probably wanted but we still have not received the final shipment from our manufacturer. I was holding out on this message in hopes that it would come this month but it looks like our package (with the limited edition pins and stickers sheets) is missing. The holiday rush has not been in our favor but we are currently in talks with my manu for solutions.

I'm very sorry if this has spoiled your plans in any way and I'm working very hard to make sure you get what you are owed. This will be at the top of my priority list in the new year and I'll be sure to add in some extra freebies to your package if you have not already received your package.

Hello, my feathered friends!

The pins have finally arrived in my studio HOWEVER my manufacturer got our quantities wrong specifically for our favorite glittery legends. 200 versus 20 is a huge deal!! Most of you ordered these exclusives so unfortunately that means it'll take a few more weeks to get to you.

The plus side is that my manu is just about done with the Phoenix, Thunderbird, and Icebird extras and will be expediting the shipping. I now know that the new packages will come in by Nov. 25 which means that all packages are expected to be shipped out by the end of this month! If you have not ordered any of the glittered legends, you should get your package sooner than everyone else~

To accommodate the delay, I'm officially locking addresses this Friday (11/15 at 10AM PST). Most of our pins are already quality-checked so we will begin shipping out orders this weekend (11/17).
