Hey there!! Just a quick reminder to please double check your payment confirmation emails as soon as possible!
I have quite a bit of failed payments which can definitely set us behind schedule for manufacturing all these pins together! Any funding that is not received may also impact certain stretch goals we reached during the campaign, so please double-check that your payment went through for the Femme Fatale campaign!! 🙏🏼
👉🏼 You should have received an email from Backerkit either confirming your payment went through, or showing that the payment has failed. If the payment has failed, please correct your payment ASAP so we can stay on schedule for everything!!
I backed quite a bit of Pintopia projects myself, and I had to call my card company to let them know it was me authorizing all my Backerkit transactions! You may have to do the same unless you want to switch the payment method via your Backerkit payment confirmation email.
All payments are due by May 2nd, if you aren’t able to update your card via email you’ll have another chance to correct your payment in the survey I’ll be sending you soon!
Remember that surveys MUST be completed in order for you to receive your pins/merch! Please double-check your payment confirmation email ASAP so we can stay on schedule for manufacturing (and so my anxiety can go down! lol 😂)
