What's up Realm Runners 🐸 🧙‍♂️ 🐺 🤖

We're going to start posting monthly updates (with more as needed) here on out so you can get an inside look at the board game development and manufacturing process no matter how menial or exciting.

Nothing substantial has happened yet as we are just passing component details back and forth with our manufacturer factoring in all the epic stretch goals we unlocked including the duel-layer boards, galaxy themed dice, contrast wash on the minis, and larger token sizes. We may make a few more tweaks to things like the box finish, card durability, tokens and more to make the final game the best it can be.

The only major timeline update is we underestimated how long the miniature-making process will take. It's quite a process and all my estimates here on out are communicated to me by our excellent manufacturer. I want to set transparent and appropriate expectations with you all. It looks like our November 2024 aim was correct for everything BUT the miniatures. Since those need to be done before we ship, it looks like the game will more realistically ship first quarter 2025. This is our first time making miniatures and we want to do it just right and not rush. I appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this together ✌️

I will be posting more updates so you can get a seat on this wild ride with us. Realm Runners is truly a deluxe board gaming experience with really cool and unique components. It's gonna be worth the wait, I promise.
