HAPPY HALLOWEEN REALM RUNNERS 🎃

Just wanted to touch base with everyone and give you a progress update. 

First the elephant in the room, yes, Realm Runners is going to ship later than we projected. It's not because we aren't working on it, it's simply because we didn't fully understand the manufacturing timelines required (especially for miniatures!). As of now, we are looking at surveys going out first quarter of 2025 with games likely shipping by spring. Of course it could be sooner if all goes well, but we need some buffer for the unexpected. We will at least give you all monthly updates like this! 

That said, on with some fun news! The miniature molding process is nearly complete! The next (and hopefully final) step is for us to approve physical miniatures that we will receive very soon in November. Here's a look at some glamour shots from the manufacturer!

Now that the minis are pretty much completed, we are moving on to all the dice and printed materials next! Since we made really solid prototypes with Panda Game Manufacturing, a lot of this work is already done. So really we are combing trough everything for final tweaks and typo corrections.

Our deadline to get all materials submitted is by the end of November to hit our target shipping window of Spring 2025. We are getting a lot of those files submitted as we speak, and just need a little bit more time on the box and rulebook. But it's all going smoothly.
