Project Update: Fulfillment Update 3: Pledge Manager Open
Hey all,
The smoke test went out over the weekend (survey was sent to 10% of backers and all but one completed it - thank you all for the prompt replies) and the results were great, so I've opened up the pledge manager!
You can now complete your pledges. Orders will be locked and cards charged on 12/15/24 to give us 20 days to complete the pledge manager.
Two call outs:
1. Shipping will be charged on December 15th which likely means funds will leave your bank account or post to your CC on 12/16/24 so prepare for that.
2. You can change pledge levels to the new pricing if you backed at old pricing and you can add on additional games in the pledge manager if you wish for the same flat shipping rate of $14 an order or $19 for INTL orders.
