I messed up! here's how to find it. It mentions you get it via your survey so I'm hoping it doesn't mean you can't access it until they approve the surveys. I did the requested feedback so surveys should be soon! But as its Sunday they won't approve it until sometime next week. They tend to be pretty prompt, backerkit have honestly been amazing to work with, I do appreciate them having this system, even if it was complex, it makes tracking everything and shipping it way easier.
