Project Update: January Fulfillment Update
Ahoy, adventurers! Here is a quick update because we know everyone has been waiting with bated breath. Unfortunately, the US shipment has been delayed by customs this whole time, but we finally got word that things are moving. On the UK front, we have good news!
UK:
- Fulfillment is scheduled to start on January 20th.
EU:
- The warehouse has the shipment and we are waiting to hear about a start date.
US:
- We must have rolled a Complete Failure on the d12 because it turns out the two containers that were being inspected by customs contain the bulk of Land of Eem (while the others contained Monty Python). The inspectors finally exterminated the gremlins inside, but the warehouse hasn’t received the containers yet.
- The shipment is expected to arrive at the warehouse next week, with fulfillment hopefully starting the week of the 27th.
For those wondering, you will get an email notification when your order is shipped out.
- UK and EU customers will get generic tracking emails with the project and SKUs.
- US customers will get an email from the warehouse and Exalted Funeral.
We know these delays are a bummer, and we’re doing everything we can to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. Thanks for hanging in there with us—it honestly means a lot. Your excitement and support are what keep us going (shout out to the Discord community!), and we can’t wait for you to finally get your hands on all the Eem goodness.
