Project Update: January Fulfillment Update
Ahoy, adventurers! Here is a quick update because we know everyone has been waiting with bated breath. Unfortunately, the US shipment has been delayed by customs this whole time, but we finally got word that things are moving. On the UK front, we have good news!
UK:
- Fulfillment is scheduled to start on January 20th.
EU:
- The warehouse has the shipment and we are waiting to hear about a start date.
US:
- We must have rolled a Complete Failure on the d12 because it turns out the two containers that were being inspected by customs contain the bulk of Land of Eem (while the others contained Monty Python). The inspectors finally exterminated the gremlins inside, but the warehouse hasn’t received the containers yet.
- The shipment is expected to arrive at the warehouse next week, with fulfillment hopefully starting the week of the 27th.
For those wondering, you will get an email notification when your order is shipped out.
- UK and EU customers will get generic tracking emails with the project and SKUs.
- US customers will get an email from the warehouse and Exalted Funeral.
We know these delays are a bummer, and we’re doing everything we can to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. Thanks for hanging in there with us—it honestly means a lot. Your excitement and support are what keep us going (shout out to the Discord community!), and we can’t wait for you to finally get your hands on all the Eem goodness.

Fulfillment Updates
- UK: Stock has been delivered and booked into the warehouse. We’re now just waiting for the start date. But you can bet your buttons it’ll be real soon!
- EU: Stock has also been delivered and booked into the warehouse, and we’re awaiting the start date here as well.

- 3 containers were delivered to the warehouse this morning!
- 2 more containers are on schedule for delivery to the warehosue on January 3rd
- 3 additional containers are en route, with 2 arriving January 3rd and 1 arriving January 6th.
We’re thrilled to see things moving along and can’t wait to get everything into your hands soon!

Mini Shipping Update
We know many of you are eagerly awaiting your shipments, so here’s the latest info be JUST received:
- UK: The container is set for delivery to the warehouse on 12/30.
- EU: Good news! The warehouse has the stock and is ready to start the fulfillment process between Christmas and New Year’s.

US: There are 3 shipments on the way. The first shipment has been released from customs and we’re awaiting ETA to the warehouse. The second shipment has been marked for examination (which means they’re gonna crack it open and make sure there are no gremlins inside), and the last shipment is due in port between 12/24 and 12/30.
We’re chasing updates daily to see where we stand but encouraged that it seems like things are speeding up, and fulfillment from the warehouse is just around the corner. Thank you all again for your support!

Project Update: Land of Eem, Land Ho!
Hail Adventurers!
We’ve got a shipping update to share as Land of Eem makes its way into your hands! Unfortunately there were some transit delays (which are always a bummer) due to the increase in holiday freight, but some of the shipments have or are arriving at the ports, which is excellent news! Here’s where things currently stand:
Worldwide Shipping Status
As we’ve mentioned before, the shipments are making their way through the final stages of transit. After clearing customs, they’ll head to the warehouses for fulfillment. Once the warehouses receive the games, fulfillment can begin! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. But until then, here’s the status update we received over the weekend:
- EU: Shipments are on track to arrive at the warehouse on 12/18.
- UK: There’s been a slight delay for UK shipments. They’re now expected to arrive at the port on 12/23, with delivery to the warehouse estimated no earlier than 12/27.
- US: The shipment to the US is in 3 parts. One arrived at the port on 12/13 and is awaiting transit to the warehouse. Another has an ETA to the port of 12/23. And the last has an ETA to the port of 12/24. For the last two parts, there is not yet an ETA for when they will arrive at the warehouse.
- Rickety Stitch: The Rickety Stitch series is the first to arrive! We’ve got volumes and sets at the warehouses in the EU, UK, and US. These will be shipped out with your orders just as soon as the warehouse gets the game sets.
- Shirts and patches: These are also already present at all 3 warehouses and ready to go!
Next Steps
Once the games arrive at the warehouses, fulfillment will begin promptly. The teams have already been preparing to speed things up on their ends. Additionally. we’ll notify everyone as soon as the warehouses receive the shipments and they are ready to start sending out your copies.
We appreciate your patience and excitement as we navigate the final stages of getting the Land of Eem RPG to you. So many balls in the airs, but it's almost here! Also note that if you’re concerned about your shipping address over the holidays and into January, reach out to [email protected]. They’ll be available to help make sure you get your order. No matter what, they’ll handle it, so don’t worry.

Project Update: Land of Eem Has Shipped!
Ahoy mateys!
The headline be true as the north star—Land of Eem has officially set sail! The games have left the manufacturer’s docks and are en route to their respective ports around the world. After overcoming delays at every turn, the journey has begun and we couldn’t be more excited!
The shipment is scheduled to arrive at the US Port in the first week of December. From there, it can take a week or so to clear customs and another week to deliver to the Exalted Funeral warehouse!
As for the EU and UK shipments, we’re expecting those in their respective warehouses in the third week of December!
If all goes well, we just might be fulfilling orders in the last two weeks of December.
We’re grateful for your patience and support as we navigated these choppy waters together! It has been a giant undertaking, one that we couldn’t have ever endeavored to accomplish without your support.
