Hey everyone,

This update is for backers in the European union and Northern Ireland only. Yesterday I was made aware of the new General Product Safety Regulations (GSPR) that will take effect on December 13th, 2024. These new regulations require that I have what's called a EU responsible person or representative to certify the safety of each individual product I sell. The cost of hiring a EU responsible person to meet compliance, on the low end is around 1000 euros, and on the high end, upwards of 3500 euros per year. Unfortunately, this process is too time consuming and costly as a small business. Starting December 12th, 2024 I will no longer be shipping to the EU.

Even though you will be charged for this project before December 13th, 2024, the items will not ship until 2025. If you are a backer in the European Union or Northern Ireland, I ask that you kindly cancel your pledge.

If you do not cancel your pledge, once it is processed we will refund and cancel your pledge on our end. Having to cancel and refund pledges on our end is complicated, which is why I kindly ask that you cancel your pledge before you are charged.


How to cancel a pledge:

1) Login to your Backerkit account and click your account icon in the top right
2) Navigate to "Your Pledges & Surveys"
3) Look for your Ink & Enamel Fantasy Edition Pledge and click "View Pledge"
4) On the next screen you'll see a red button that says "cancel pledge"

I apologize for this inconvenience and that I was not aware of these regulations earlier. As of right now I will cease shipping to the EU on December 12th, 2024. If you'd like to order any thing from the Etsy shop, now is the time.
