Survey Updates & Important Notes! Hey everyone, we’re letting you know that we sent out our survey smoke test this morning! Within the next few days you should be expecting the surveys to arrive for you to choose all of your goodies and rewards!
Need Help with Your Survey? If you run into any issues, the fastest way to reach us is through BackerKit support or through email which will provide a quicker response time. For BackerKit support, click the "Contact us for help" button on your pledge page For Email, you can contact us through [email protected].
Failed Pledges - Check Yours! There still remains some unprocessed pledges. To check yours, click your profile in the top right corner of BackerKit and navigate to "Your Pledges & Surveys." Then click "View pledge" under Blades, Beasts, and Blooms. From there, you can review and update as needed. If the payments are still not going through, you may need to call your bank to approve of the payment.

When Will Surveys Go Out? My goal is to have them sent out by next few days at the latest, and I’ll provide another update at that time.
When Are Surveys Due? Once they’re out, you’ll have 2 weeks to complete them so I can kick off production/manufacturing for everything.
Upcoming Campaign!
April 3rd we'll be launching a project called Celestial Coronation where we'll be featuring the celestial zodiac, which will be accented with majority birth month flowers and gem colors. We'll be trying some new fun techniques like sand blasting and adding chains to dangly pins- so I'm pretty giddy. This will be our first non-event, solo project, a bit nervous, so every little bit of support helps!
