RPG Poll Day 8: In a flash, your multitude of bugs spills out of your robe and into the guard's uniform. You've finished with the final touches right as a patrol rounds the corner toward you. [Harrower guards are pretty uncommon - in fact, you've never seen one before - so this is going to be tricky. Luckily, you're a con artist and can use the background to add half rounded up of your influence score to a check so long as you are lying, which you definitely are. You draw a [2], plus the [2] from the background and your [3] influence is [7] total. Not terrible, but not great!] The guards are taken aback when they see you and approach skeptically. You do your best to look and sound official as you explain the situation, but you don't have much time before the other guards come from behind. You might have to do something drastic to get out of this situation.
