I am also looking for a better understanding of when to expect items. I am in the U.S.A. I made a full pledge (Big One) but have yet to receive any items. I also see phases showing as completed but I haven’t received anything. Any and all assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. I would also appreciate a confirmation that I am in the queue to receive my pledge.
