Is there a way to get it as an add-on? I want to get Mothersound but I don't want to do the full set and get another copy of Embroidered Worlds.

Although I would like to support further by adding some of the other books the expected expensive shipping and VAT for some of the books totally keeps me away. Shouldn‘t the usage of Amazon for fulfillment, as with Embroided Worlds, keep the shipping down?
