Project Update: Update on Tom Holland Autographs
The bottom line is that we are making progress with the autographs and believe we will have them soon. We're in communication with Tom's team and we're working to get things wrapped up. We don't have a definitive date for these last orders but we are going to keep you updates and get them sent out as soon as humanly possible.
On another good note - we also have come to an agreement with Tom to produce another series of Fright Night comics so there will be new issues coming up. We should have more information on that as well in the next few weeks.

It's been over a month since any updates or communication with the backers still waiting on there items. Can you please give us an update.

I had still not received mine, but today had a notification saying it was delivered. I didn't recognise the "safe place". But when looking at the survey i filled out with my home address and then the tracking address with the courier in the notification email... i discovered they were different and the courier was given the wrong address. I thought it was just a case of cut and pasting addresses to prevent this from happening. So now someone has just been gifted what i pledged for, and im left with hunting down where ever the parcel is!

I reached out via Facebook and like others, there has been no response on this campaign as to why I have not received my product. This is shameful. In good faith, we supported this project and then are completely ignored when we respond to a post specifically about not receiving product. I would like a direct email as to how we can reach you.
Project Update: All Shipping Complete Except for Holland Autographs & Missing Surveys
We worked extremely hard over the holiday break and are happy to tell everyone that we have shipped out everything we can at this time. All orders except for those with a Tom Holland autograph have shipped. You should have received email tracking from USPS when your items were shipped. Please check your spam and junk filters to make sure it didn't get caught in there.
We also added the tracking number to your order in Backerkit - so you should also be able to reference it in your account.
As for the remaining orders - we are working with Tom's agent to try to get the autographs in ASAP. We don't want to go into details but a combination of not feeling well and the holidays put those behind schedule. As soon as we do have those in we will ship the remaining orders out immediately. Here is how it breaks down:
25 backers ordered a Tom Holland autograph of some kind
18 backers have not filled out your surveys/finalized your shipping
2 backers have credit cards declined in backerkit
That's all that's left. We've shipped out over 250 other packages and are working with anyone who might have had a damage, lost item, or other problem.
