I had still not received mine, but today had a notification saying it was delivered. I didn't recognise the "safe place". But when looking at the survey i filled out with my home address and then the tracking address with the courier in the notification email... i discovered they were different and the courier was given the wrong address. I thought it was just a case of cut and pasting addresses to prevent this from happening. So now someone has just been gifted what i pledged for, and im left with hunting down where ever the parcel is!

I reached out via Facebook and like others, there has been no response on this campaign as to why I have not received my product. This is shameful. In good faith, we supported this project and then are completely ignored when we respond to a post specifically about not receiving product. I would like a direct email as to how we can reach you.
Project Update: All Shipping Complete Except for Holland Autographs & Missing Surveys
We worked extremely hard over the holiday break and are happy to tell everyone that we have shipped out everything we can at this time. All orders except for those with a Tom Holland autograph have shipped. You should have received email tracking from USPS when your items were shipped. Please check your spam and junk filters to make sure it didn't get caught in there.
We also added the tracking number to your order in Backerkit - so you should also be able to reference it in your account.
As for the remaining orders - we are working with Tom's agent to try to get the autographs in ASAP. We don't want to go into details but a combination of not feeling well and the holidays put those behind schedule. As soon as we do have those in we will ship the remaining orders out immediately. Here is how it breaks down:
25 backers ordered a Tom Holland autograph of some kind
18 backers have not filled out your surveys/finalized your shipping
2 backers have credit cards declined in backerkit
That's all that's left. We've shipped out over 250 other packages and are working with anyone who might have had a damage, lost item, or other problem.

Project Update: Shipping Update - Missing Surveys - Failed Credit Cards - Holidays Approaching
We have been working day and night shipping out packages for our Fright Night backers. As of today we are 75% done at this time and trying to get the final quarter out the door ASAP. Here's some quick updates on the status:
-We have 19 backers who have not replied to the survey - please take a moment to make sure you have filled out your shipping info so we can get everything out to you.
-We have 4 folks whose credit cards have had an issue and have not gone through - we'd like to get those resolved so we can get you the books you ordered
-We have 75 backers who we are working to get shipped out. There was a small delay waiting for some stock to arrive on one of the add-ons. But everything is pretty much resolved at this time. We're sending out more packages every day so please keep an eye out for your tracking.
That's it. For everyone that has already received your items - we hope you enjoy the book as much as we have.
For the folks still pending - we are pushing as fast as we can. Our team consists of one person doing the packing and shipping and we promise he is doing as much as humanly possible under the circumstances.

As title says, it’s been a month since the books were supposed to be shipping a I have not received my pledge.
