With not a day to spare, the First Life Duet Backerkit/Booktopia campaign is fulfilled! All the packages have been shipped and the digital downloads have been sent.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this campaign and allowing Tristan's side of the story to be told.

Just to give everyone an update, if you ordered anything other than a hardcover (special edition or not) you should definitely have received it by now. If so, I hope you love Alison and Tristan's story. If not, please let me know ASAP so I can fix it ;)

If, on the other hand, you ordered a hardcover, they just left the printing facility in England and are on their way to me. Fingers crossed they arrive within the next week and I will be able to ship everything out before the end of the month!

We're starting to ship!

The oracle cards and paperbacks are going out on Thursday :)

The regular hardcovers arrived without their dust jackets, but the printer will be sending those separately, so I will send them out as soon as I receive them :)

As for the special editions, I finally got the proof! It's gorgeous with the art and the foil and the sprayed edges...I can't wait for you all to see it :) I've ordered all your copies, but the estimated shipment date is the end of February. Assuming the printer's sprayed edge machine doesn't break down again, I am hoping to have this campaign entirely fulfilled by the end of March. My fingers and toes are crossed.

And, in case I haven't mentioned it recently, thank you so much for being on this journey with me, and I hope you love First Life: Duet!

Happy holidays!

It looks like my proof copy of the special edition will only get to me after Christmas, and I don't want to order your copies until I've made sure everything looks right, so those won't be going out until the new year :(

The paperbacks, however, have shipped from the printer and are on their way to my house, so I am hoping to ship those back out to you by next week! Which is super exciting :) There are still three of you who haven't filled out your surveys, so please make sure you get that in ASAP. I'll lock the addresses once I receive the books, in case anyone plans to move soon ;)

The digital version of First Life Duet has been uploaded as well, but it seems like I need to charge the cards first, (so the orders don't have a balance) before you can access them. I will be doing that tomorrow morning, at which point anyone who had the First Life Duet ebook in their pledge should receive it through Backerkit's pledge manager. If anyone has any difficulties, let me know and I can send it through Bookfunnel instead.
