I am a provisionally licensed therapist in the state of MO. I love all things self-expression as long as no one is harming themselves or others. I am constantly learning more about myself every day (my boundaries, triggers, limitations, joy, and fave activities). I am a toddler mom and figure out how to be present for her as well.
