Last October, a diverse cohort of twenty-four of the most promising emerging writers in speculative fiction joined some of the industry’s most celebrated authors and editors at the venerable Viable Paradise workshop. During the week we spent together, we were blown away by each other’s work and excited by the intriguing ways our cohorts’ voices might shape the industry for years to come. So excited, we realized we couldn’t wait to share our work with the world any longer, or pass up the chance to share a table of contents with some of our new favorite writers.
