This was an error on our part. ALL pledges are being handled exclusively through our fulfillment partner, DriveThruRPG, not BackerKit. DriveThruRPG is still processing your orders and will begin shipping them soon. Rest assured, the process is underway, and your items will be on their way shortly.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and appreciate your patience. As a reminder, your PDFs are already available for you to enjoy while you wait for your physical items!

First, BackerKit needs to transfer the funds over so we can start making the rewards (this can take up to two weeks). Next, we’ll need to get to know you all a little better - specifically, your name and email - so we can fulfill your rewards. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to gather this info.
We’ll give you a heads-up before sending this survey, so keep an eye out for it. The email will include a link to your personal survey. Please fill it out as soon as you can since we need this info to process your rewards!
If you need to change your responses, grab add-ons, or make other updates, just click the link in your survey email again, or find it under “Lost your survey?” on our BackerKit project page (this page will go live once the surveys are sent out).
