Project Update: A Contruct's Nature: 2025 status, guess that SFX, add-on releases, and what's next!
Hello all!
Core updates
A Construct's Nature is on track with development and for release by June - text is written, SFX have been completed, voice recording is under review, and the remaining art should be complete by mid-Feb!
Guess that SFX!
Since the SFX have been completed, I wanted to share a few clips with you! I can't attach sound files here, but I've added a folder to the A Construct's Nature demo page with three SFX clips to check out - drop a comment here or on itchio with what you think they are (one might be a bit tricky).

Add-on release updates
The A Construct's Nature campaign also included several additional game releases in the form of add-ons that I've been working on in the background while waiting for a few of the key milestones for ACN to complete. As of right now, Solar Mech Squad has been fully updated and re-released with a physical print version available on DriveThruRPG... and Critter Mech Squad is close to follow. Ranger Mech Squad is written and waiting for proofs, and then I'll be diving into the EDU games that were unlocked!
What's next?
For next steps, I'll be sending surveys out in the next month or so to collect your shipping info once the art is finished and proofs are ordered for the final book. If you missed the project but still want to be part of the rewards, check out the pre-order store here to sign up before surveys are released and there's a freeze on the campaign discounts!
Lastly, by March, I should just be waiting on approving and fine-tuning proofs before sending your rewards out, so I'll be kicking off my next campaign, Greeting Games, as part of Backerkit's Pocketopia event! Sign up here for some very short mini games that fit in a card so you can send to friends as birthday or holiday hellos... and get some bonuses if you also back our partner project, Song of the Scryptwyrm (a standalone sequel to the award winning, The Librarian's Apprentice)!
I look forward to sharing art updates and surveys with you next check in, and... happy gaming!
