PHM has just entered its fourth year, with an issue released each month. Each issue covers one area of the world of Absalom, presenting a hex with features and encounters, as well as optional rules, new monsters, spells, and more. It is designed to be modular and, while written for a specific setting, is meant to be easily adapted to other settings and used to flesh out hexcrawls.
