On a side note, I was discussing the types of Derpy dragons with my sons last night and we've discovered that all my oriental dragons and wyverns are actual dragons instead of derpies (I kinda see derpies as it's own species)... So guess I need to draw those in the next collection. Which will be my Dungeons & Derpies campaign.

Speaking of, I kinda hope the book weapon derpy doesn't win only so I can use him in that campaign as he fits the aesthetic perfectly:

On another silly note, I have a "year of the dragon" pin from last year, but it's a normal dragon...so my son challenged me to make a derpy year of the snake in dragon costume 😅. So here's the "year of the dragon snake" derpy sketch. 🤣 We had some good giggles from it.
