(Previously)

After deciding to split the party, half of you head to the forest to talk to the woodland creatures, and the others stay behind to talk to the villagers.

Villagers:
As you talk to the villagers you come to realize no one has the same encounter with the dragon. Dark shadows, rainbows and flashes of light, things getting stolen only to find them on the roof with bite marks like the dragon was gnawing on whatever it stole, people getting scared going around corners, someone found the dragon in their cupboard eating all of their breb loavfs.

You reach out to Boren to get more information.

*Roll* ... 10 ...

Boren thinks, "Ya know, I've been dealin with this here dragon for 3 weeks now! Yep, every Caturday Market it shows up before opening and takes off with a few Popfruits. Was thinking about shaking a few up before it arrives, that should make for an interesting snack! Har har har!"

You head back to the tavern and generally have a decent day.

Woodlands:
In the forest you don't find many critters running around, but you manage to get in contact with a local TreeFloof. The overly furry critter chitters at you and chucks spikecones at you until you manage to explain you're not trying to eat it.

You ask it about the dragon.

*Roll* ... 2 ...

"What?! I don't know who yer talkin about! Now Geet!" The TreeFloof chucks another spikecone, you take (*Roll*) ...2 points of damage.

On your way back to town you lose your way a bit and fall into some mud. You're now dirty and lose 1 point of Cute until you can clean yourself up.

*Side Note: One of you picks some random herbs along the way, not reading the bulletin about the needed herbs in much detail. You now carry a bundle of "Shockweed" but, (*Roll*) gives you a mild shock every 9 minutes. You're fine, but you can't move half of your face for the day.

Post in the Comments your thoughts, reactions, and a plan of what to do next. THUMBS UP the best possible plan to move forward with.
