As of today, everyone who has filled in their survey has had their parcel shipped out!
Please let me know if you have any issues with locating your tracking code.

Important shipping information!

USA- We use tracked shipping, but oftentimes the status does not update once our service provider hands parcels to USPS. Please check with your nearest USPS office if the parcel does not turn up at your address especially if your items were shipped in the previous batch! (there's a good chance they turned up at your address when nobody was home and didn't bother to tell anyone, then brought it back 😅)

USPS would hold the parcel for around two weeks before it comes back to me, and re-shipment cost will have to be collected to send it out again.

 EU- We do not collect tax for the purchase. Please provide a phone number when filling out your address form for the customs authorities to contact if tax obligations are required.

 SG- Local parcels are sent with Singpost normal mail. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need tracking!
