All but 3 pledges have been paid and are processing! Thank y’all so much! Just a few updates 

For our pay over time pledge, Backerkit will not allow me to send your survey until your full pledge is paid off. 

For the remaining pledges that have failed payments, you can manually fix your pledge at anytime until the 26th or BK will automatically attempt to charge on the 20th and on the 26th if the prior date is unsuccessful. If your payment is not corrected by then, your pledge will show as a balance owed. At that point your only chance to fix your payment will be your survey. Your order will not be shipped until your survey is completed with payment.

BK is supposed to release funds at the end of the month. By then I should be allowed to send paid pledges their surveys.

Funny, I stay up late making sure the surveys are ready and accurate and we gotta wait until the 27th/28th….

Also, contacted our pin manu. He’s as excited to get these started as I am!

Backers! Please wait until your survey is sent to your emails! You will be able to add anything available in the preorder store to your pledge survey! Those are in the process of being approved by BK.

If you received an email stating that your pledge was not processed, please click on to manage pledge and update payment information. If your pledge has come through, BK should have sent an email stating that your pledge has been processed.

The preorder store is set to launch tomorrow! This is for anyone who missed the campaign or wants more or even wants to try to get the missed stretch goals unlocked plus other treats. 4 Additional Pins will be added and should we get to the 20 order goal for each pin, the pin will be unlocked. If we don’t unlock, you will not be charged. The store will stay open until April 18th when we do the final inventory counts for both pledge orders preorders.

Once I get the all clear from BK, I’ll be sending them out to your emails. The surveys are almost completed; just waiting on BK to account for the 48 hours early pledges. The estimate is Feb 27 if all goes smoothly.

Well not ALL persay. Next step is processing payments which should take 48-72 hours. Though Pintopia is large and has thousands of cards to process I'll keep everyone upto date. Next step for me is setting up your surveys and the preorder store. The two designs that didn't get unlocked will be added to the preorder store. Stay Tooned for more updates!
