With only 3 days to go until we hit that launch button, we're working our behinds off! Buuuut that does mean we've got plenty of HYPE to share with you.
Streams
First up, Laurie will be joining Jessica from EN World on the "Not DnD" podcast live at 10pm GMT this evening to discuss all things Why We Fight and indie TTRPG. If you have any burning questions, now's your chance to throw them at him! You can find the livestream here.
We are also going to be LIVE on the 13th shortly after launch, where we will go through character creation as a team, answer any backer questions, and sit there buzzing with adrenaline! 😄
Character Sheets
We've been sitting on a PDF of printable character sheets! While there's something incredibly satisfying about the punk-DIY style of cutting them out yourself, we thought it would be good to have options. This PDF will become available over on our itch page at the beginning of the campaign, but will also be sent alongside any PDF rewards.

Guest Writers
We've had confirmation from five amazing guest writers. Each has been assigned a stretch goal, and once each goal unlocks we will reveal a teaser for the one-shot adventure they're writing! 'Adventures' are designed to tell smaller, contained stories within the Why We Fight framework, while allowing for exploration of things that might otherwise be out of place in the main game. For example, in Yule Regret This - our free Adventure over on itch - there's hints that the stranger you stumble upon (Nick - he's a real saint of a guy) may be using weather magic... This crew of guest writers are truly a wonderful bunch, each with a unique approach to writing and TTRPGs and we cannot begin to describe how excited we are to work with them. While it's tempting to spill all of the beans now, you'll have to join us for launch in 3 days for the full reveal ;)
