Hello I'm in Switzerland and had to pay 40 dollars for the shipping costs for a single blu ray. That is way too much (normally, it's 10 dollars). If the money that is not needed for the postage goes into the project, that's fine with me, but if the whole 40 dollars goes to the postal service you are using, then you should change it).
