...WE GOT YOU! During this campaign everyone who wants to pre-order ita bags, can add them as add-ons to their pins or/and plushie pledges! You can choose the bags unlocked during the last campaign.

The following are estimates for shipping pins with full package tracking, projected on current trends. Please note that these are estimates only and are subject to change by the time of fulfillment (currently projected by June/July 2025).

Again, we will be charging the actual costs via our BackerKit pledge manager!

★ By backing this campaign, you understand that you are also responsible for all customs/VAT fees that may incur.

★ All orders will be shipped in envelopes or cardboard boxes (depends on the pins quantity) with and they will require a signature to pick them up to prevent any loss or damage during delivery.

★ When filling up your address, PLEASE remember to double check your address and data should there be any mistake preventing delivery. If the parcel is returned back to me due to incomplete information and you would like a reshipment you would have to pay for the shipping and handling costs again.

You can choose which items you would like at the end of the campaign. Surveys will be sent out within after the campaign ends. The survey will allow you to select which items you'd like and get extra add-ons! You will be able to alter your shipping address at any point, up until I prepare your items for shipment.

Please note that this is just a rough estimate of the timeline and that exact times may vary depending on number of backers, external situations, holidays, etc.

1) Create an account
Join the community, stay up to date on all the campaign updates.

2) Select a pledge level
Choose the items you want!

3) Include add-ons
Need more items? An ita bag or a plush? We've got you covered. After you select your pledge level you'll be able to add even more items onto your pledge in the form of add-ons.

4) Check out
That's it! You're done until the campaign ends and surveys go out.

5) Manage your pledge
After the campaign you'll receive an email with your survey. This is where the fun happens and you get to pick exactly which color of the bag (from our ulocked colors) you want, as well as manage your add-ons and pay for shipping before finalizing your order. Once finalized you can continue to edit your order via Backerkit until orders are locked.

If you need to lower or cancel your pledge later, you can do so any time before pledges are processed at the end of the campaign and avoid being charged.

It is my third campaign (first was on Kickstarter), so I have prior experience managing large number of orders with really great response from the customers - 5 stars rating and Star-seller badge on Etsy. I will do my best to tackle any problem that might arise during the process!

PRODUCTION
I have confidence in my manufacturers and I have been and am extremely pleased with the quality of the production of the first batch of bags and bobble head enamel pins! There might be delays to production due to any unforeseen circumstances and if so, I will keep you updated on the production timeline here on BackerKit.

QUALITY: Any major defects from manufacturing will go into the reject pile, but minor defects will be accepted from the manufacturer (this is to reduce waste); these accepted defects are typically those that are somewhat difficult to see without intense visual inspection. By backing this campaign, you have read and understand this, and you are okay with very minor defects in your rewards.

SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and there is always the possibility of delays. Please be patient with the production and shipping process! I try to be as transparent as possible about any delays and update frequently via Kickstarter. By backing this campaign, you understand that delivery times are not 100% guaranteed. Note that backers are also responsible for all customs/VAT fees that may incur.

TRACKING
All rewards will be sent with tracking. Please be aware that while I can control what goes into the box or package your order will arrive in, I cannot control the course which it will be delivered to you once it is out of my hands. Please first contact your local postal service in the case of a missing package. They will conduct an investigation. If you need further help, please contact me. I cannot guarantee a replacement package.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once the campaign is complete, refunds or cancellations will not be issued for any reason. Please fully read over the campaign, and only pledge if you understand & accept the above estimated timeline and risks!
