Project Update: VICTORY!

THANK YOU ALL!!!

101 Folks backed our campaign to the tune of $2640. Alas, there is no stretch goal, but I am very excited we will be able to expand into the comic book space with these 3 books. We will continue to update you all on the progress of the issues and will be on track to deliver them around the year's end!

I want to thank our partners, Ascendant Comics, and all of their fans who took the leap to support our project as well; thank you, Alexander and team, and thanks, fellow Ascendant fans! Also, a special thanks to everyone in Comictopia who helped promote, back, and make the shared experience one for the ages!

What is next for Sagaverse Studios:
1—Finishing up The Timeless Caverns! The massive boxed set from the previous project will start shipping to our backers at the end of the month.
2- QUEST CON ORLANDO- September 6th-8th Sagaverse Studios will have a vendor table set up with maps, miniatures, Curse of the Chupacabra, artwork, and other cool stuff. Hope to see you there!
3- Tampa Nerd Con- November 1-3, Sagaverse Studios' home con, we will have a vendor table, and DM Juggy will be running Sagaverse and EveryDay Heroes adventures. With some luck, the comics will be done by then!

Thank you all again, sincerely!
Be Great

Project Update: Final 48 Hours to Back The Sagaverse Chronicles and Special Thanks!

Dear Sagaverse Fans,

We're down to the final 48 hours of our campaign for The Sagaverse Chronicles, and we need your help to make this chapter even more remarkable! We're just $600 away from reaching our stretch goal, allowing us to produce The Sagaverse Chronicles Compendium for you.

Today, we have some black-and-white shots from The Strange Second Life of Cybersmith that we can't wait to share. This comic is being developed as an entire 3D-modeled universe, which equals super consistency and near-realistic levels of detail in the comic. Artist Matheus Zastawny goes back over each shot and inks and colors it after the models are created and the shots are designed and taken.

Don't forget our exclusive offer for the Curse of the Chupacabra hardcover edition! For just $50, you can grab all three stunning comics with their PDFs and delve into an epic 288-page D&D adventure. As a special thanks for backing at this tier, you will receive an 11x17 Amaia Laminate. Amaia is one of the main characters in The Sagaverse and one of our favorite pieces of art from Days of Yore artist Miky Arango! The Amaia Laminate is also available as an add-on for $10 for other tiers.

Every previous backer will have their copies of the comics signed, making them not just collector's items but cherished keepsakes :)

Now is the time to act! Back us today and help us reach our goal while securing these amazing rewards. Let’s keep this momentum going towards an incredible finish!

Thank you for your unwavering support!

Be Great,

Project Update: Livestream Replay + New Tier!

Good Morning Everyone,

Last night, I went live. Apparently, another broadcast was going on simultaneously, and I wasn't on the Comictopia page, but you can see the replay here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPwdzY9snes&t=1094s
I may try to do another livestream before this ends. I gave a quick tour of our shop and showed off our new Hardcover Edition of Curse of the Chupacabra, our 5-star adventure for DnD 5e and OSE. We also have a new tier for our fellow RPG+Comic fans to celebrate our funding and DnD's 50th Anniversary: The Gen Con Tier!
For just $50, backers will receive all three of our stunning comics, their PDFs, and a hardcover Saga Edition: Curse of the Chupacabra! This hardcover masterpiece, bound in canvas with full-color glossy pages, offers an epic 288-page D&D adventure for 5e and OSE!

Gen Con Special

What reviewers have said about Curse of the Chupacabra (the same writing team as Chronicles):

“As darkness descends upon Santego, merriment fills the air, but a sinister presence haunts the quaint town. Bizarre occurrences loom putting the tropical paradise in peril. Will you dare to unravel the ancient secrets of Isla Zardia and avert impending catastrophe?”
Players get to answer this question by playing Curse of the Chupacabra, a new adventure from Sagaverse duo-stated for 5e and OSE. At 288 pages it’s a meaty tome. But is it any good. The short answer is a resounding yes. Often, attempts to bring horror into a D&D adventure result in an experience deader than a Freddy Krueger victim. Not this time!
Curse of the Chupacabra avoids the by-now deadened familiarity of many high fantasy adventures by avoiding the pseudo-European medieval setting and instead opting for a Caribbean-inspired island that the title suggests. Indeed, principal designer Joe Ingenito cites a desire to explore Central American and Caribbean folklore as the driving motivation for writing the adventure. The team could have eked by simply through the freshness of the setting, but instead they opted for something far more ambitious.
Curse of the Chupacabra is epic in scale. Is it an adventure? A setting? In fact, it’s both as an engaging story with surprising depth and innovation largely plays out on a sizeable island sandbox. The adventure is designed to take characters from 1st to 6th level, but there are so many side quests and opportunities to expand up plot hooks that it may well extend beyond that. -Andrew H.

A place to not only serve as homebase but with great NPCs for a party to care about. Throw in fantasy, pulp, a bit of sci-fi with cryptids and paranormal creatures and you have a great old school feel that will draw the players in to a great setting that has a bit of everything and yet is new in enough ways to feel like you have not been here before. A five Star buy! -Thomas
Curse of the Chupacabra

Comictopia wraps up in a week! The Sagaverse Team and I thank you wholeheartedly for your support and attention. Please consider sharing our campaign or picking up a copy of "Chupy," we are close to our stretch goal of 3000, which nets everyone a free comic! Our stories will eventually tie in, and Curse of the Chupacabra is where it all starts!

Be Great!
