Hello! My name is Ry, I'm the creator of Midnight Magica! This is a Enamel pin collection themed around magical girls and familiars. I'm an artist who enjoys creating characters and creatures, and I've started my journey into enamel pins! This campaign is part of Pintopia 2025: Pins 'n Plushies Edition, make sure you check it out and look at all the amazing participants!
The pins available in this campaign are hard enamel pins with a general color and theme based on the night sky! There are two character pins in this collection, with their titles being The Moon Mage and The Star Summoner, and two creature pins to serve as their familiars and allies! The two available familiars are called Angel Tiger and Nebula Fox!
Pin Details: ☆ The sizes of these pins range from 1.75 to 2.35 Inches on their largest size! ☆ The pins are nickel plated other than Angel tiger, who is copper plated ☆ They are all Hard Enamel, all will have the "Ryisart" Backstamp, and will come with blue rubber star backings!
Due to being part of Pintopia, i have a special mini pin made by my collaborator Bunccino! This mini pin will be included in your order FOR FREE if you pledge to BOTH my campaign and his!
I have also created a mini pin for Bunccino's campaign, so by pledging to both of us you get not one, but TWO mini pins!
The initial pin goal is $1450 CAD (Approximately $1000 USD), which would unlock the pin Moon Mage and the Stardust and Delivery friend mini pins by guest artist Bunccino and I,which will be included, FREE, if you pledge to both my campaign and Bunccino's Little Angel Couriers campaign!
After the initial goal of The Moon Mage and Stardust mini pin is successful, there are a few additional goals that can be unlocked if the campaign reaches certain thresholds! Once unlocked a pin will always be available, and the next one in line will become the next goal! Here's hoping we unlock them all!
The first stretch goal will be at $2600 CAD(Approximately $1800 USD), which will unlock Angel Tiger! Following that will be at $3600 CAD(Approximately $2500 USD) for Star Summoner, and then finally $5100 CAD(Approximately $3500 USD) For Nebula Fox!
Once the campaign has finished, you will be able to mix and match whatever unlocked pins available in a variety of pin packages, as shown above! These are examples of orders that are offered by the campaign- allowing you to pledge for either One, Two, Three or even Four pins! If you're wanting more than four, you can add on additional pins using the add on feature or in your surveys once the campaign is done!
When you pledge, or anytime after, you can then add on additional pins to your order! There are tiers for up to four pins, but if you're wanting any additional pins you can use this feature to add additional unlocked pins to your order!
There are two types of add-ons available to add to your pledge. The first type is 'category add-ons' this includes "ONE Witch pin" or the "ONE Familiar pin" add-on. An add on like this will allow you to choose from any of the available pins in that tier after the campaign has ended. The second type of add-on is 'specific pin add-ons'. This would be like adding "Star Summoner" to your pledge. These add-ons are on top of what you've already pledged for and not how you choose which pins you want in your pledge. For example, If i pledged for the two Witch pins tier and then added AngelTiger as an add-on then during the survey process, Angel Tiger would already be in my cart and i would be getting two witch pins for my pledge level reward.
This is the estimate of the timeline for production and fulfillment! Please note that this timeline is not set in stone; there might be delays in fulfillment for various reasons, you may get your orders later or even earlier than expected! Just stay patient, They'll be delivered to you as quickly as i can manage!
If you're new to backerkit, it might be a bit confusing how the campaign works, so I want to try to help by explaining the process!
First of all, feel confident you can pledge without worry! While the campaign is live, you may edit, cancel or add onto your pledge at any time!! You wont be charged unless the campaign is finishedandsuccessful, meaning if the goal isn't met, you wont have to pay a dime! Your pledge counts however, and can help push a goal into successful funding, or even exceeding its goal, unlocking some stretch goals on the way!
* Shipping will be collected later on, so make sure you store some money away for that!
unfortunately due to complex shipping laws in these countries, we cannot ship to the UK,Or the Entirety of the European Union. If you are from the UK you will be able to purchase the pins after the campaign is fulfilled via my fulfillment manager Pokettoni's Etsy (Only available there at a later date after a successful campaign here!). however, we will not be able to ship to the European union in the foreseeable future. we really apologize for this as we hate to leave out our supporters!

A note on International shipping: We cannot take responsibility for any of the extra custom fees or charges that may be placed on international orders. Please be aware that if your country charges any extra costs for these reasons, it will be the buyers responsibility to cover them. On the chance that a package is shipped back to us due to a failed payment, we will contact you with your options. In most cases if the package has been returned due to negligence from the buyer we will be happy to resend it after the buyer covers the additional shipping cost. Please be aware that international shipping may take up to a month or two to deliver.
Note on Orders: While the artist (Ryisart) is in Canada, their fulfillment manager is set up in America, so shipping will be based on that instead of Canadian shipping, this means that other Canadians will have to pay shipping based on that, I know, it's painful for me too.
all pins being sent out will b A grades unless stated otherwise. there may be rare occasions where a batch is defective and buyers are compensated in some other way for taking a lesser quality product. in these cases backers will always be informed and asked for consent before being sent a B grade item.
an A grade pin may still have one or two small imperfections that are not noticeable from a distance and by the artist's discretion do not notably harm the overall appearance of the pin.
B grade pins may have one or two more noticeable flaws including but not limited to:

Pins with multiple noticeable flaws or extreme instances of the mentioned flaws are considered C grade.
We will only be sending out A grade pins for this campaign unless otherwise stated and consented to by our customers. If you receive a lower grade pin please reach out to us for a replacement if you are not happy with your purchase. Please be mindful though that it is rare for a pin to be completely perfect and even A grade pins will likely have small imperfections.
Ryis, or Ry is a digital illustrator who has recently begun making strides into creating physical merchandise. While he is still new to the scene of creating and selling his own products, he has been working carefully on his craft for years and plans to continue expanding his audience and creating with his friends to share more content in the future.
Coffee is a digital illustrator who has participated in many projects and zines, and is working towards promoting their original works. Recently, they've started to gradually make merchandise and other media, and are part of a few upcoming projects as they work to pursue their career as an artist!
Ryis have both participated in successful crowdfunding campaigns along with Pokettoni and Jaizure of alumeire, These projects gave Ry experience with the process of designing and producing enamel pins alongside their fulfillment manager, Pokettoni, who has years of experience making sure pins get to their right owners!

we feel confident that we can run this campaign, production and shipping process smoothly, however there are always potential issues that are out of our control. Manufacturing errors that prolong production, holidays that may cause shipping or manufacturing delays, a large amount of defective items that need remaking, shipping delays or world events. While these issues are out of our hands, we will always keep our backers updated with the latest information as we receive it and update estimated shipping dates as necessary. Although this is our first time using backerkit's crowdfunding, my fulfillment manager and i are familiar with other platforms and the backerkit team is always quick and helpful to resolve any issues or confusion. We've estimated a delivery date to our best ability but we want to ensure the rewards come out the best they can so if there are any further delays we'll keep backers updated.
