We want to make sure you know exactly when to expect your enamel pins and how shipping will work, so here is a breakdown of our timeline and process.
Once the campaign ends, we will immediately get to work on production. We will keep you updated every step of the way, from production progress to any shipping delays (if any).
Shipping fees will not be charged at the time of backing. Instead, we will calculate and collect shipping fees after the campaign. Once the campaign is over, we’ll send out a survey, where you’ll confirm your shipping address and pay for shipping.

For those unfamiliar with me, I am Alesia Gitter, the owner and designer at Robot Dragon Studios (Est 2019) in Minnesota, USA. I own two corgis, S'mores & Chip. I'm also a disabled veteran and parent, so I try and do what I can within my limitations.
I started off designing pins after a push from a college friend back in 2017 (I didn't start to do any until 2019). I caved in and have been making pins ever since! I hope you love the designs!
I have had several successful campaigns in the past on Kickstarter and Backerkit that I have fulfilled even when the funding didn't reach the amount needed to cover the entire project. It is important to me to make sure that I deliver everything people expect. I look forward to continuing to grow as a small business and hope to have many more projects to come!
Over time there have been a lot of creators I have chosen to back because I love their projects - everything from enamel pins to bags to plush. While I can't back every project every single time, these are creators I have purchased from and trust to fulfill. I usually have blurbs but I have been rather busy, so please forgive me. <3

You may ask why even have this section if I haven't backed these creators. Some of it is timing so I haven't had the money to back them. Maybe the project doesn't align with my personal interests or wants but the creator is someone my customers or friends have backed before and their products were raved about.
