Make sure to check your email address for the survey link! If you didn't receive it, don’t forget to take a quick peek in your spam folder, just in case it decided to play hide and seek! As always, we put a lot of effort to make these surveys as acccessible and clear as possible for everyone -adding also images for each item. So completing your survey should only take a few minutes!

What Happened: We apologize for the oversight! For some reasons, the option to select your mini pin freebie was missing when you initially fulfilled your survey due to an error on our end. We’re really sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
What You Need to Do: If you qualify for the mini pin freebie, you should have received an email from Backerkit asking you to re-confirm your survey after making your selection for the mini pin freebie. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case!) for this important message.
⚠️ Important Note: If you don’t make a selection and reconfirm your survey asap, please know that you’ll receive a random mini pin freebie along with the other items you’ve chosen in the survey. We want you to enjoy a surprise if you miss the chance to answer!

First off, we want to extend a huge THANK YOU for your incredible patience over the past 30 days. We know it’s been a while since you last heard from us, and we’re really sorry for the radio silence.
Of course, we had every intention of sending out the surveys much earlier —around the 14-days mark. But as life often goes, we faced a whirlwind of challenges and also unexpected personal stuff that hit us all at once, again. As you might know, our old dog Yoshi (15yrs old) became disabled since the start of this year. In the past few weeks, we've been getting about 2 to 4 hours in a row of sleep per night, to take care of him. He really can't eat, drink, relieve himself, and neither walk or stand up on his own. He wakes up every 4 hours (during day and night), crying and howling for hours because he want to stand up and walk -which makes it hard for us to get any rest at any time of the day... So, we're pretty worn out and tired!
Moreover, being auDHD can sometimes make things feel a bit overwhelming... and since we always really want to ensure that everything we deliver is top-notch from our perspective and reflects our best efforts, things can be even slower.
Every day, we kept thinking: "Tomorrow is the day we'll finish the surveys and get them out to our amazing backers!" But then, life threw us another curveball, and we weren't able to complete them as planned.
We want you to know that we haven’t forgotten about the surveys! We actually finished working on them and they're waiting for Backerkit approval. While we can’t provide a definite timeline just yet, we are hopeful that if everything goes smoothly (fingers crossed 🤞), we’ll be able to send them out in the next few working days, after we send the necessary Smoke Test out.

Now, will follow a series of information that we usually share at the end of our campaigns:
✦ꜱᴜʀᴠᴇʏꜱ As we move forward, we'd like you to know (or remind, for those who are not new to our campaigns) the next steps in the process. We've already started getting everything ready for the next phase and begun preparing the surveys. But, as always, we gotta hang tight for at least the first 14 days while Backerkit works its magic processing the payments -before sending them out. And maybe we'll need some extra time to manually input each individual item from the campaign -and this might take a little bit of time. But no worries—we'll give you a heads-up as soon as the surveys are good to go (starting with the Smoke Test)!
✦ᴇʀʀᴏʀᴇᴅ ʙᴀᴄᴋᴇʀꜱ Oh, and for those of you whose payments didn't quite go through, and may be at risk of being dropped from the campaign, you got a whole week to update your payment info starting from the end-day of the campaign. After this time, you'll be able to reclaim your pledge the same through your survey -so please really don't worry. We'll send you a direct e-mail for it later on -after the surveys are all set. So please check your mail box! We want to make sure everyone who participated in the campaign gets a chance to snag their kitties!

For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.
We truly appreciate your incredible support and overall awesomeness during this entire project. Your encouragement means everything to us, and we genuinely mean that. We're excited to see Delicats come to life!
