How does BackerKit crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding is a collaborative way to bring ideas and projects to life. Project creators post their idea for a project, and backers pledge money to make the project possible. Backers get behind the scenes access and backer-only rewards, which can include exclusive products, special pricing, creative input, content, and more.
To become a backer, select a pledge level that features the reward(s) you would like to receive when the project is successfully completed and make your contribution.
All-or-nothing crowdfunding model: The creator sets a funding goal and a deadline to raise funds. If the project does not meet the goal by the deadline, backers credit cards are not charged and no money changes hands.
Crowdfunding projects can happen at various stages of the creative process. Make sure to check the estimated timeline of when rewards will be delivered. Project creators will keep you updated on the progress toward completion and delivery of your rewards.
Backing a crowdfunding campaign is not the same as purchasing an item from a store. When you back a campaign you are supporting the creation of something new. Rewards are almost always delivered, but are not guaranteed.
When will I be charged for my pledge?
Your payment method will not be charged right away. You will be charged for the amount of your pledge when the campaign ends and the project reaches its funding goal. You will not be charged if the campaign does not reach its funding goal.
What happens after the campaign is over?
The Creator will send out a survey that will ask you for more information about your pledge, your shipping information, additional items you may want to add to your pledge, and collect shipping fees if applicable.
The survey will be sent to the email address we have on file with your pledge.
Any additional payment will be charged when you complete your survey and confirm your order.

Why should I pledge?
If you participate in this campaign by pledging, you're part of the creation of the goodies and you contribute bringing them to life! You'll be the first to receive them with also a lower price! ૮꒰ ˶• ヮ •˶꒱ა ̖́-
How do I choose which item I want?
All the choices will be made at the end of the campaign! Infact, once finished, we'll send a survey through e-mail to every backer with all the choosable options. Fillling it out, you'll be able to tell us all the items you want, according to your pledge, or even add more despite the campaign is already finished~
How does Early Bird pledge levels work?
Early Birds are special pledge levels that offer an exclusive freebie and a super discounted price to backers who support our project in the first 72 hours from launch! After this timeframe, these special tiers will no longer be available~ If you pledge to any of the Early Bird tiers, you get 1 random Trash Box Vinyl sticker as a freebie and a super nice discount! More related questions: Q: How much discount do I get with Early Birds? A: The discount varies depending on the pledge level and the original price of the item(s). However, you can expect to get a significant discount compared to the regular price. Just check each pledge level description to know more! Q: Can I change my pledge level after the Early Birds period ends? A: Yes, you can change your pledge level anytime during the campaign as long as the campaign is still active. Q: Can I get the Early Birds freebie if I miss the Early Birds period? A: No, the Early Birds freebie is exclusive to backers who pledge within the first 72 hours from launch. If you miss the Early Birds period, you can still back the project and get the regular rewards, but you won't get the Early Birds freebie.
Why is there no shipping price included?
Shipping rates are very fluctuating, especially in the latest periods. We want to charge you only the closest amount as possible to the real fee, based on the actual weight of your package and on your Country when your rewards are about to be dispatched. Including shipping priorly instead, would not make this possible as it would be only our estimate based on the shipping rates of the moment. As said, prices fluctuates, but you can already get an idea of what the shipping costs would roughly be for you anyways, looking at the chart we included on the main campaign page! Please jus don't manually add any shipping costs that you see in that chart to your pledge! Shipping will be calculated and charged always via BackerKit, but AFTER the campaign is over some time before we'll ship the rewards out~
When I will be able to choose my rewards?
When the campaign ends we'll send a survey with all the choosable options to every backer, through e-mail! You'll be also able to add even more goodies to your pledge when filling your survey in ૮꒰ ❀^ ㅅ ^❀꒱ა✧˖°
How does the refund policy work for this campaign?
Let's talk refunds! While we can't offer refunds once the campaign has ended, we'll do our best to help you out ASAP if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. We want to make sure you're fully informed about our campaign before backing. Our buntastic products are definitely worth the wait, but please keep in mind that shipping delays can happen, especially for international orders. We ask that you only back this campaign if you're willing to exercise a bit of patience and wait for your items to arrive. Once the campaign has ended, refunds cannot be given out, so please make sure you're certain about your purchase before backing us. We appreciate your support and can't wait to share our adorable bunnies with you! And let's be real, our cute and cuddly designs are totally worth the wait and potential shipping delays from Italy! So, let's get hopping and make sure you're 100% in love with your bunnies before backing this campaign or they'll make you regret it 🔪૮꒰„ ᵕ ꒳ ᵕ̤ „꒱ა❀°。
Will the goodies be available also after the campaign?
Any eventual leftover of each product will be listed on our shop quirkory.com, but with an higher price and only after we complete the fulfillment of the campaign's rewards!
Are the timelines guaranteed?
As always, we'll try hard to stay withtin the timeline we've scheduled, but delays are never far behind... especially with large campaigns and given that at the moment we're still only two and we don't have someone helping us with fulfilment, yet (but we're still working to find more hoomans for help). Of course, though, when all the products will reach us, we'll do our best to dispatch them as quickly as we can! We'll let everyone know through updates if something changes or if delays occur as much as we can, in any case~
Oh no, import fees got you down?
As an overseas backer, we know it's a bummer that you may be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with getting your hands on our products. We wish we could take care of it all for you, but unfortunately, it's out of our hands. We promise that our buntastic products are worth it though! So let's not let import fees stand in our way of bringing more bunnies into the world!
