When will I be charged for my pledge?
Your payment method will not be charged right away. You will be charged for the amount of your pledge when the campaign ends and the project reaches its funding goal. You will not be charged if the campaign does not reach its funding goal.
When I will be able to choose my rewards?
When the campaign ends we'll send a survey with all the choosable options to every backer, through e-mail! You'll be also able to add even more goodies to your pledge when filling your survey in { ❀^ꈊ^❀}✧˖°
How does the refund policy work for this campaign?
Let's talk refunds! No refunds will be provided after the campaign concludes. All received funds are allocated towards production costs, bank and platform fees, taxes, and other expenses necessary to fulfill the rewards of this campaign.
Regrettably, we do not have the ability to issue refunds from our personal resources.
While we can't offer refunds once the campaign has ended, we'll do our best to help you out ASAP if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. We want to make sure you're fully informed about our campaign before backing. Our dragnificent products are definitely worth the wait, but please keep in mind that shipping delays can happen, especially for international orders. We ask that you only back this campaign if you're willing to exercise a bit of patience and wait for your items to arrive.
