Project Update: Production update
Hi Backers Frens!
We wanted to take a moment to update you on the current production situation. As many of you may know from other projects of ours, we’ve been facing quite a a lot of delays and slowdowns with our trusted manufacturer since the start of the year for all our productions. In an effort to speed things up, we decided to explore new options and get in touch to other manufacturers to help us move forward with all our projects on hold.
Unfortunately, our experience with the new manufacturer for Delidragons didn’t go as planned -at all. We were really looking forward to finish the production with them as they seemed to have a good reputation and nice quality. But suddenly they rep ended up ghosting us for some reasons... 😩

And this has really sent us back into a tough place, filling us with a lot of worry and frustration. We’re actually in a worse situation than before, facing even more delays and another production we’ve paid for out of our own pocket that seems unlikely to ever see the light as well... without even knowing a reason why from our manu! It honestly feels like this year has been challenging in so many ways (for those of you who have been following us, you know already about the personal struggles we’re facing too). Right now, we’re not sure where to find the strength to keep pushing forward or even just to stay afloat. We're here again sincerely apologizing to all of you, wonderful supporters, who have been so patient with us through all these ups and downs, during this long wait, despite all the troubles. You're our one and only support ♡
In the meantime, we reached out for a full refund through the platform where we ordered the pins production, and after a very very long wait and tons of back-and-forth messages, we finally received it. So, here we are, ready to start over with a different manufacturer... While it’s frustrating to be back at square one, we’re hopeful about what lies ahead now!
