Sorry for the long wait since the end of the campaign - I've been busy!
I've set up surveys, and am waiting on approval from Backerkit. As soon as they're approved, the surveys will be sent out!

Regarding the last two stretch goals, which we didn't reach: I'm fortunate enough that my MLP pin Kickstarter has performed very well, enough to help fund the last of the goals and unlocking the full set!
