In this case, 8-Bit Adventures is a tabletop role-playing game that incorporates familiar mechanics of D&D 5e, but designed in a way to capture the essence of classic video gaming. Players can explore vibrant worlds ranging from the mysterious Mushroom Forests to the treacherous Pixel Peaks, each teeming with unique creatures like the Stompkins, Shellback Troopers, and the mighty Gorilloids.

We're revising this 8-Bit Adventure setting with a new layout and art to build upon the amazing original series. Through crowdfunding we hope to bring the community of retro game enthusiasts and tabletop gamers together to roll some dice! Your support will help us refine the game mechanics, expand the creature and lore compendium, and produce high-quality materials that embody the spirit of arcade games and the adventure we all felt in the early days of 8-bit adventures.

In the event we reach our STRETCH GOAL to go to print with these books, shipping prices will be determined when we package everything up for fulfillment. The reason for this is quite simply: shipping prices are notoriously finicky. We couldn't put a price on that cost right now and guarantee it would be valid by the time we're ready to ship. You can estimate media rates will range between $7-10, depending upon the package you purchase.

Right now, the plan is to have a SHIPPING ADD-ON for you to purchase during fulfillment. That way, if you don't to get the physical copy by paying the shipping cost, just don't add the shipping ADD-ON.
